Ultra Visitors Ltd. with registered office in Unit I Arena Business Centre, 71 Ashfield Road London N4 1FF United Kingdom, VAT number 436726576 (hereinafter, the "Controller"), in being the controller of the personal data of visitors (the "Visitors") of the website www.ultra-v.co hereinafter, the "Website"), hereby provides the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Reg. 2016/679 ("GDPR" or the "Regulation").

1. Types of data processed and purposes of processing

Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures, that have been set up to operate this Website, collect personal data as part of their ordinary functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects; however, in consideration of its nature, such information might allow the identification of the Visitors, through processing and matching with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers used by the Visitors connecting with this Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the Visitor’s operating system and computer environment. These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on Website use as well as to check its functioning; they are erased immediately after processing. The data might be used to assess liability in case computer crimes are committed against the Website. Browsing data are processed for the legitimate interest of the Controller in order to ensure the security of the Website, to check its correct functioning and to obtain statistics on its use (art. 6 para. 1, let f) of the Regulation).

Other personal data

Sending messages, on the basis of the Visitor’s free, voluntary, explicit choice, to the Controller's contact addresses or sending private messages to the Controller's profiles/pages on social media (where this option is available), entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data – which is necessary to provide a reply - as well as all the personal data included in the communications. This data is processed to reply to your request as well as to pursue our legitimate interest (art. 6, para. 1, let. f) of the Regulation) to check the quality of the support services also offered through third-party providers and the effectiveness of the support service and to address any required training actions of the personnel authorised to process it.

2. Processing means and storage time

Visitors' personal data will be processed with electronic and non-electronic means, duly taking into account the relevant processing purposes and in any case by ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data. Specific security measures will be implemented to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use of data and abusive access. Browsing data are deleted immediately after their processing (except for any need to ascertain criminal offences by the Judicial Authorities), unless further storage is necessary to fulfil legal obligations or to pursue our legitimate interest as per paragraph 1 above.

The data communicated by you are stored in accordance with the ordinary statute of limitations and, where consent has been requested, until the Visitor withdraws his consent to processing.

3. Scope of data communication and dissemination

Visitors' personal data may be disclosed to the employees and/or collaborators of the Controller in charge of managing the Website, assisting Visitors and replying to their requests or sending promotional communications. These subjects, who are formally appointed by the Controller as data processors, will process the Visitor's data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy and in compliance with the provisions of the the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Regulation.

Visitors' personal data may also be disclosed to third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Controller in their capacity as "data processors", such as, by way of example, suppliers of IT and logistical services functional to the operation of the Website, suppliers of outsourced or cloud computing services, professionals and consultants, companies in charge of sending promotional emails on behalf of the Controller.

Visitors' personal data will not be disclosed to independent third party data controllers and will not be disseminated in any other way.

We will also continue to monitor the development of systems for the transfer of data internationally in accordance with the Regulation and undertake to carry out data transfers in a lawful manner in accordance with the data protection laws in force from time to time.

5. Visitors' Rights

Visitors, without charge and without any formality, may exercise the following rights under articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation: the right to request access to personal data (i.e. the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation that it is or is not processing data concerning them and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data, obtaining a copy, and the information referred to in art. 15 of the Regulation) and rectification (i.e. the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data concerning them or the integration of incomplete data) or erasure of the same (i.e. the right to obtain the erasure of data concerning them, if one of the reasons indicated in art. 17 of the Regulation) or the limitation of the processing concerning them (i.e. the right to obtain, in the cases indicated by art. 18 of the Regulation, the marking of the data stored with the aim of limiting their processing in the future), as well as the right to data portability (i.e. the right, in the cases indicated by art. 20 of the Regulation, to receive from the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the data concerning them, as well as to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance). Visitors also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the withdrawal. Visitors also have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them in accordance with articles 6 para. 1, let. e) or f) of the Regulation, including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

The Visitor also has the right to lodge a complaint with the applicable data protection authority.
